Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Code Vayu website (codevayu.in) and your enrollment in our coding programs. By booking a free trial or enrolling your child, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of the student being enrolled. You accept full responsibility for your child's use of Code Vayu's services and adherence to these Terms.

2. Services, Trials, and Enrollment

• Free Trial: We offer a one-time free trial class to assess the student's level. This trial carries no financial obligation.
• Class Formats: We offer 1-on-1 home classes in Raipur and online live classes across India.
• Missed Classes: For online students, session recordings are available for 7 days. For 1-on-1 home students, makeup sessions can be rescheduled directly with the instructor with prior notice. Code Vayu is not obligated to provide pro-rated refunds for missed classes.

3. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• Billing: Fees are billed on a monthly basis or as a discounted upfront payment for the full course duration.
• Payment Terms: All payments must be completed before the start of the billing cycle to maintain access to the classes and platform.
• Refund Policy: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months already utilized.

4. Student Conduct and Safety

Code Vayu maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.

• Students must interact respectfully with instructors and peers.
• Students are prohibited from using our coding platforms to create malicious software, offensive content, or inappropriate chatbots.
• Code Vayu reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's enrollment without a refund if they violate these safety and conduct guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• Code Vayu’s IP: All curriculum, lesson plans, website designs, graphics, and teaching methodologies are the exclusive property of Code Vayu. You may not copy, distribute, or resell our materials.
• Student Projects: Students retain ownership of the original code and projects they build. By enrolling, you grant Code Vayu a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your child’s anonymized projects and first name on our website or promotional materials to showcase their achievements.

6. Platform Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime for our online coding environments and website, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Code Vayu is not liable for temporary service disruptions caused by internet service providers, cloud hosting failures, or maintenance.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
