Code Vayu provides services for children aged 8–16. In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023:

• All account creation, enrollment, and payment processes must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

We retain student and parent data only as long as you are actively enrolled or as required by Indian tax and corporate laws.
